It will provide you with practical advice and a deeper understanding of your unique blueprint. Explore the ancient timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with an individual consultation if you are curious and feel drawn to discover how it applies to you. This is a personalised online session, tailored to meet you where you are. You will receive a comprehensive overview of your Ayurvedic mind / body constitution or dosha. You will take the Dosha Quiz in advance of the consultation and at the end of the session you will receive simple guidelines to get you started with your ayurvedic daily routine.
