Spring Retreat 2024 - Imagine joining us for springtime in West Cork, Ireland.

The retreat begins as soon as you land on Irish soil and you receive our renowned

"Cead Mile Failte" - a hundred thousand welcomes! 

Our private retreat house is set on its own exotic woodland garden on the shores of Bantry Bay, offering beautiful sea views, with direct private access to the water and every modern comfort you can imagine. The spectacular views look onto a large terrace overlooking the sea, with a breathtaking view of Glengarriff Harbour and the mountains beyond. Each morning we will rise with the sun to meditate and do some gentle yoga and pranayama to start the day. After a leisurely breakfast of fresh local produce there is plenty of time to relax, swim in the sea, take a sauna or explore the surrounding woodland before we begin our daily sessions. Afternoons will include adventures to explore the rugged, beautiful landscape and nearby ancient heritage sites. We will cosy up by the large open fire for chats every evening before retiring for the day. Silver Birch accomodates everyone in comfort as nine of the eleven bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms (bath and shower) with large wardrobe space in each. The interior design of this beautiful house is an original mixture of antique and modern furniture.

Seven Glorious Days - Seven Restful Nights

Most of your meals are included and will include home cooked simple vegetarian dishes. You can try out local delicacies and eat out at local pubs and cafes when we are exploring the area (these lunches are not included). Expect short hikes, sea swimming, and a little shopping at local craft shops. Evening activities will vary, there will be an outdoor sauna experience, a fire ceremony and lots of cosy chats around the table, along with music and lots of laughter.

• All you have to do is simply book your flights to arrive in Ireland before Saturday 11th May
• Flights can be booked into Dublin or Shannon Airports and you can take a train or bus to Cork.
• Alternatively fly directly into Cork International Airport. (Transit through London, Paris, Zurich or Amsterdam)
• Rent a car, and enjoy driving through the local towns, take a local bus or book a private taxi.

All inclusive price: €2450.00  per person based on shared accommodation.
