The retreat begins as soon as you land on Irish soil and you receive our renowned

"Cead Mile Failte" - a hundred thousand welcomes! 

Our Private Retreat House is set on its own exotic 20 acre wild woodland garden on the shores of Bantry Bay, offering beautiful sea views, with direct private access to the water and every modern comfort you can imagine. Each morning we will rise with the sun to meditate and do some gentle yoga and pranayama to start the day. After a leisurely breakfast of fresh local produce there is plenty of time to relax, swim in the sea or explore the surrounding woodland before we begin our daily sessions. Afternoons will include adventures to explore the rugged, beautiful landscape and nearby ancient heritage sites.

Seven Glorious Days - Six Restful Nights

Most of your meals are included and will include home cooked simple vegetarian dishes. There will be opportunities to eat out at local pubs and cafes when we are exploring other areas. (not included). Expect short hikes, sea swimming, and a little shopping at local craft shops. Evening activities will vary, there will be an outdoor sauna experience, a fire ceremony and lots of cosy chats around the table, along with music, dancing, and lots of laughter.

• Simply book your flights to arrive in Cork, Ireland by Monday 5th September.
• Flights can be booked into Dublin or Shannon Airports and you can take a train or bus to Cork. 
• Alternatively fly directly into Cork International Airport and we will meet you in the city

All Inclusive price: €1295.00  per person based on shared accomodation.

Additional €360.00 single supplement applies if you choose a single room.
