Session 1 - Saturday September 21st
Yamas \ Niyamas
5pm - 6:45pm UK | 9am - 10:45pm PST | 12pm - 1:45pm EST
The foundations for your practice begins with a commitment to appropriate restraint and control. What to do and not to do. Ten reflective vows that offer an opportunity to deepen your self awareness and the awakening of your spiritual path. Integrate the practice with a sutra statement that grounds your energy in your being at your root chakra - Muladhara.
“It is only when the correct practice is followed for a long time, without interruptions and with a quality of positive attitude and eagerness, that it can succeed.” ― Patañjali, Yoga-Sutras
