Session 6 - Saturday November 9th - Dhyana; and now meditation, the 7th limb of the yoga sutras.

When awareness flows evenly toward the point of attention, this is known as Dhyana ~ meditation, the mind is absorbed in the infinite.

Refinement of the mind, awareness of your subtle nature as a thread of awareness is spontaneously maintained. Consciousness perceives only the truth. Silence flows evenly into the mind. Resting in awareness at Ajna chakra with gentle repetition of the sutras at the third eye prepares us for for the experience of the eighth limb of yoga - Samadhi.

“It is only when the correct practice is followed for a long time, without interruptions and with a quality of positive attitude and eagerness, that it can succeed.” - Patañjali, Yoga-Sutras
